I am sick?

I have no health insurance. If anything goes wrong I won't die of course but I would have worked only to pay off my fee for staying alive. And how likely is it that sooner or later I'll get sick or hurt? Eventually? Very likely. I feel not so well today but I'll do my work, but my head hurts dimly, my throat aches slightly, perhaps I should just push myself through the sickness so that I'll be ready when it comes with all the money. Running around for paper! People used to run for food. They didn't have health insurance in the Middle Ages, not even kings. It'll be okay, this is just my tired ill mind being pessimistic.
